Who am I

Born in the state of South Dakota, David Enersen (dudewithgames) is a Future Game Design graduate with an interest in design work as well as programming work. He has worked with several clients to produce visually stunning designs and art pieces, as well as work with coding throughout his college career. He hopes to help create fantastic character designs as well as generate user experiences that will keep people talking.

The works displayed here was the work I have done for the Dakota State University Sports and Esports division. With these pictures, they would give me photos to use, which then I'll utilize the photos uniquely to make the images appealing for a sports crowd.

"The elemental deities have spiraled out of control and are waging war on each other. Two champions have been chosen to help settle the dispute. Choose an element to aid you in battle, and fight the way you want to fight in Stormbreakers, a traditional 2D fighter."

I was the art lead for this game. i've helped come up with the designs for the characters as well as approve background assets and the title card. the key challenge here was teaching other artists how to animate and draw anatomically better. Even coming up with a puppet 2d animating system where we would separate certain body parts in different layers and then animate using puppet-ing techniques.

i was the art lead for this game as well...while at this project i learned how to do seem-less textures as well as model in low poly. the animation was done strictly by programming as well. i came up with most of the models for the game as well as came up with the title screen design.
